The Village at Town Center is a 163 dwelling unit transit oriented project that spans four city blocks creating a residential community between the commuter rail system and the City's major retail corridor. The project includes 8500 sf of retail space. Live-work loft units above the retail space provide a transitional use between the commercial street and the apartments beyond.
