The Matteson Companies commissioned 147 units on Coggins Drive. 2, 3 and 4 story elevator buildings face each other across a central courtyard accented by large existing valley oak. Features include a pool, spa, fitness building and fountains. The client's preference is reflected in the Mediterranean courtyard style drawing inspiration from the villas of Italy in a clean contemporary interpretation.
