The University of California, Berkeley, is sponsoring the construction of 582 student family apartments on a 20 acre site. Three-story walk -up buildings line a grid of narrow streets and form a series of interconnected courtyards. The project was designed with Sam Davis Architects and in accordance with the LEED program of the Green Building Council.
Project completed in 2008.
