A Type I, concrete building, Symphony Towers consists of two residential towers of nine and thirteen stories containing 130 market rate condominium units. The two towers rise from a concrete podium containing 1,500 square feet of retail space and an underground parking garage with 115 parking spaces. The garage utilizes an auto stacking system to maximize the amount of parking provided.
Project was completed in 2007.
