Projects: Mixed Use
Pacific Place,
A block long, sloping infill site developed into a mid-rise luxury residential project consisting of 154 condominiums in two towers. The concrete structures feature ground floor retail and three levels of underground parking. A large L-shaped central courtyard contains a swimming pool and spa. The towers feature nine floor plans, including studio, one and two bedroom units.
