Projects: Mixed Use
Oceanview Village,
A 7.5 acre sloping site containing five wood frame buildings. 370 dwelling units are constructed above a concrete retail structure featuring a supermarket and other stores, totaling 90,000 square feet. The architecture of this transit oriented village recalls the simple carpenter-built housing blocks of 19th Century San Francisco, oriented around landscaped courtyards and pedestrian streets.
Project completed in 2002.
