Mendonca House,
New 8,000 square foot residence located in the rolling hills above Moss Beach with views of the surrounding hills and the Pacific Ocean. The house features a partially enclosed courtyard with outdoor dining area, spa, pool and pool house, and an octagonal shaped observatory.
Project completed in 2000.
