Projects: Multi Family
Lone Palm Court,
60 Units of affordable housing on an infill site in downtown San Rafael. The units, both townhouses and flats, are clustered around three open plazas, and are constructed over a concrete parking garage. Every unit has two orientations for maximum sun exposure. The perimeter buildings are set close to the sidewalk, reinforcing the street edge, with individual unit entries.
Project completed in 1999.
