690 Chestnut Street,
Four story, 37 dwelling unit condominium project over a single level concrete parking garage on a corner site in North Beach. Units are arranged around an open-air walkway system oriented toward a central garden. Mediterranean colors, bay windows and decorative brackets recall the historic architecture of the surrounding neighborhood.
Project completed in 1997.
