Marston, at 601 Main Street, is a new development in Redwood City, consisting of 196 apartment units. Part of Redwood City’s Downtown Precise Plan, the project will bring high-density residential to the downtown core. The project emphasizes active uses at the street level to provide a pedestrian-friendly experience consistent with Redwood City’s vision for the downtown area. The design maintains a three story height limit along Main Street with an eight story portion behind. Two levels of subterranean parking are provided. The Main Street façade is designed to complement the scale and character of Redwood City’s historic downtown buildings. Amenities include a fitness center, lounge, dog park, roof deck, barbecue, courtyard, business center, bike repair shop, dog wash, pool, and spa.
